दौड़ने के रूट बेंगलुरु
The best year-round running climate of any Indian metro, and a running community large enough that you will never train alone.
7रूट
Mild all year by Indian standards — a running climate other cities envy. The monsoon months bring rain rather than heat. व्यावहारिक रूप से, गन टाइम: 05:30–07:30 for cool air and light traffic. Evenings after 18:30 also work here in a way they do not in Delhi or Chennai.

रूट
Every one of these is a public place to run that Bengaluru runners actually use. Distances are approximate — park perimeters in particular vary by a few hundred metres depending on which path you take, so treat them as a guide and measure your own.
Cubbon Park
Roads inside the park are closed to vehicles on Sundays and during morning hours, which turns it into the city's default running venue. Piece together loops of 2 to 4 km under a canopy that keeps it several degrees cooler than the streets outside.
Lalbagh Botanical Garden
A near-continuous perimeter path around the garden, with the rock and the lake as landmarks. Gated with morning opening hours; the crowd is thick with walkers by 07:00, so go early if you want to run a steady pace.
Sree Kanteerava Stadium
The city's main athletics stadium. Morning access for public training is available and it is where most of Bengaluru's serious interval work happens.
Sankey Tank
A compact, popular lake loop — roughly a kilometre, so it is easy arithmetic and easy company. Too short and too busy for tempo work; ideal for easy mileage.
Ulsoor Lake
A lakeside circuit close to the centre. Sections are open to the public with fixed hours; the path is not continuously runnable all the way round in every section.
Agara Lake
A restored lake with a walking-running circuit, and the south-east's answer to Sankey Tank. Popular with the Sarjapur Road running groups.
Kaikondrahalli Lake
Softer underfoot than most city loops, well maintained by the local community, and quiet enough at 06:00 to hold an even pace.

गर्मी, हवा और असल में कब बाहर निकलें
जलवायु। Mild all year by Indian standards — a running climate other cities envy. The monsoon months bring rain rather than heat.
वायु गुणवत्ता। Generally moderate, worse along the arterial roads at peak traffic. Lakes and parks are noticeably better than roadside; the difference between Cubbon Park and Hosur Road at 09:00 is large.
The timing advice for Bengaluru — 05:30–07:30 for cool air and light traffic. evenings after 18:30 also work here in a way they do not in delhi or chennai. — is not a preference, it is the difference between a session that helps and one that costs you two days. Running moves several times more air through your lungs than sitting does, so a bad-air morning is a disproportionately bad time to train hard outdoors.
