Running calculators
Six tools, every formula named and shown, and a complete server-rendered table behind each one so the page still answers the question with JavaScript switched off.
Why every stopwatch here has a table under it
A calculator that only works when a script runs is a page that answers nothing — not for a search engine, not for someone on a two-bar connection in a train, and not for anyone whose browser blocked the script. So every tool on this site renders its complete answer table on the server first. The interactive box on top is a convenience, not the content.
The same principle governs the formulas. Riegel's exponent, the Daniels and Gilbert equations, Cooper's coefficients and the carbohydrate ranges are all printed on their own pages with their sources. You can reproduce any number here with a pocket calculator, which is the only real test of whether a data site is honest.
Every time, pace and physiological figure on this site is computed from a published formula, and the formula is named and shown on முறை பக்கம். Nothing here is predicted by a model you cannot check. Race details change — always confirm dates, routes and entry with the official organiser. Training guidance is general information, not individual coaching or medical advice.

The people behind these sites
Follow the build
This site and nine others like it are built and photographed by two people: Amit Sharma — behind the build; Geeta Patel — the poses, demonstrated. New work goes up on Instagram and Facebook before it reaches a page here.
Following changes nothing here — every page stays open, with no account and no wall.
