Sources, and when each was last checked
No figure without a source line, no source line without a date. This page is the index of both.

How review actually works here
Formulas do not go stale — Riegel's exponent is the same number it was in 1981, and printing a review date against it would be theatre. Two things do go stale, and they are the two this site re-checks: race details, which belong to organisers and change every year, and routes, which close, get fenced or become unsafe. Both carry the month they were last checked on the page itself.
That is also why no race date is published anywhere on this site. A stale date is the single most damaging error a running reference can make, and the honest version is a month, an organiser, and a link. If something here is wrong, send the URL — corrections are built before anything else.
Every time, pace and physiological figure on this site is computed from a published formula, and the formula is named and shown on the method page. Nothing here is predicted by a model you cannot check. Race details change — always confirm dates, routes and entry with the official organiser. Training guidance is general information, not individual coaching or medical advice.

The people behind these sites
Follow the build
This site and nine others like it are built and photographed by two people: Amit Sharma — behind the build; Geeta Patel — the poses, demonstrated. New work goes up on Instagram and Facebook before it reaches a page here.
Following changes nothing here — every page stays open, with no account and no wall.
