The routes

Every one of these is a public place to run that Noida runners actually use. Distances are approximate — park perimeters in particular vary by a few hundred metres depending on which path you take, so treat them as a guide and measure your own.

Noida Stadium

Sector 21A
~0.4 km loop athletics track and complex grounds

A full sports complex with a track, open for public morning use — the NCR's most accessible measured 400 m outside Delhi.

Sector 91 and 137 sector parks

Noida Expressway sectors
~2 km loop paved park circuits

The newer sectors were built with large central parks, each with a paved perimeter loop of roughly a kilometre or two. Quiet, safe and traffic-free.

Okhla Bird Sanctuary embankment

Sector 95 / Kalindi Kunj
~3 km one way embankment path beside the Yamuna

Flat riverside running with birdlife, ticketed entry and fixed hours. Better air than the roads on a good day.

Noida–Greater Noida Expressway service road

Sectors 125 to 150
~8 km one way service road and footpath

Long, flat, straight and monotonous — but it is the easiest place in the NCR to run 20 km without a single turn.

Heat, air and when to actually go out

Climate. Same extremes as Delhi: brutal May and June, cold and foggy January.

Air quality. Consistently among the worst readings in the country in winter, frequently worse than central Delhi. Treat November to January as an indoor-training risk.

The timing advice for Noida — before 06:00 in summer; from 09:30 in winter, once the inversion lifts. — is not a preference, it is the difference between a session that helps and one that costs you two days. Running moves several times more air through your lungs than sitting does, so a bad-air morning is a disproportionately bad time to train hard outdoors. The air quality guide sets out what each CPCB band means for a runner, and running in Indian heat covers what humidity does to your pace.
